Account Manager Assistant

Must be an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position has responsibility for assisting with the many facets of the sales and marketing effort including supporting sales goals, developing and extending various marketing programs, and attention to detail. Must be comfortable with job duties ebbing and flowing based on the needs of our small business.

In this role, you should be well-organized and adaptable. Attention to detail and communication skills are both essential. If you also have experience with project management and account service, this role is perfect for you. Your goal is to ensure we provide excellent service to our customers.


• Perform customer service and administrative tasks to answer client questions
• Answer phones and take messages for the team
• Review and action emails as needed
• Help plan and execute projects in ways that meet clients’ needs
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement projects
• Monitor project progress, timelines and expenses
• Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely
• Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
• Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
• Perform other duties as assigned


Beaumont, TX
Must be in office, remote work is not possible for this position.

Required Skills

• Has a solid knowledge and understanding of the agency’s product offerings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Above average desktop computer skills with experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bachelors Degree or experience in project management; background in advertising and social media marketing is a plus
