Must be an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position has responsibility for assisting with the many facets of the sales and marketing effort including supporting sales goals, developing and extending various marketing programs, and proposal preparation. Must be successful with cross-selling multiple business lines. Must be comfortable with job duties ebbing and flowing based on the needs of our small business.

Managed clients will consist of small to mid-size companies across the region with no assigned territories or restrictions.


• Develop and manage client & agency relationships; meet regularly, field phone calls, drop off supplies as needed, review monthly status reports.
• Introduce additional lines of business to existing clients
• Work collaboratively with marketing department to help develop and implement strategic sales plans, execute sales strategies for new enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
• Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely
• Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
• Work with project manager and clients to make sure projects get completed in a timely manner
• Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
• Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
• Cultivate positive working relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned


Beaumont, TX
Must be in office, remote work is not possible for this position.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Above average desktop computer skills with experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bachelors Degree and one year experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development.

Ideal candidate must be confident in a selling environment that entails internet or software products & services.
