Marketing Assistant
Primary Job Function:
To support our continued growth and performance, we’re seeking an innovative, analytical, left-brained digital marketing enthusiast, ready to do more. Our right-fit candidate will have a willingness to learn and thrive in an agile environment, where decisions can be made quickly and your influence is real. If you’re exhausted by the corporate handcuffs and are ready to make impactful change in a growing company, we will be awaiting your resume! This position will start at 20 hours/week with the potential to grow more.
Attention to detail and organization is essential. This position requires a strong work ethic and strong time management.
JOB SUMMARY
• Provides day-to-day support to account management team
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Adhere to all client’s visual design standards and branding guidelines in order to deliver consistency and quality across products
• Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

While our model supports a remote work environment, ARK is looking for a team member to come work side by side with the Marketing team.
Required Skills
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment in which meticulous attention to detail is required
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and team management skills
• Strong time management, organizational skills and able to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes
• Positive mental attitude, team oriented and willing to go the extra mile
• Be up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing
ADDITIONAL ROLE
As we continue to grow this position, the ideal candidate will perform various additional tasks around the office; including but not limited to:
• assist with clerical needs of the team
• complete basic office duties such as copying, scanning, computer entry as well as trafficking telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and communicating with clients on behalf of the team
• provide general administrative support, such as; meeting prep, research and inputting data
• interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
