Maximize LinkedIn With Directory Management

Researching businesses is almost exclusively done online now, so it’s more important than ever to make sure that you are actively managing all of your online listings. You may be wondering what type of listings we’re talking about. A business listing is just that – a listing on a platform (like Google, Yelp, The Better Business Bureau, etc.) that includes all of your business’ information. This information can include business name, phone number, website, hours (including any holiday/temporary changes), business category, your logo, reviews of your business posted on that platform, a short description of your services, etc.

Directory Management

In our small business package, we offer a service called Directory Management in which we manage all of these listings for you. Up until recently, LinkedIn had not been part of listing management platforms, but is now included – which is awesome! If you are a Directory Management or Small Business Package client and have a valid and updated LinkedIn profile, please add us as a user so we can easily manage this listing for you. We’ve provided step-by-step instructions below on how to add us as an admin within your LinkedIn account. As always, if you need any help, or have any questions, contact us! We’re happy to help!

LinkedIn Access for Directory Management

How to add Teri (AKA ARK) as an admin on your account:

Step 1: Access your Page Super admin view.

Step 2: Click the Admin tools dropdown at the top of the page and select Manage admins.

Step 3: Click the Page admins or Paid media admins

Step 4: Click the Add admin

Step 5: Type the name of the member, associated employee, or advertiser you’d like to add in the Search for a member… text field.

Step 6: Click the member’s name from the menu that appears.

Step 7:
Select the correct admin role.
NOTE: Only one page admin role can be assigned per person, but more than one paid media admin role can be assigned. Paid media admin roles can be granted without an associated Campaign Manager ads account.

Step 8: Click the Save button.

By adding us as an admin on your LinkedIn account, it will allow us to seamlessly sync your business information from our directory management platform to your business’ LinkedIn profile.
